Privacy notice
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This notice explains how SyCIS Limited (“SyCIS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. Our individual apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each product page.
Who we are
SyCIS Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 05525242. Registered office: Unit 6, Blackthorn Way, Five Mile Business Park, Five Mile Lane, Washingborough, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN4 1BF. For any privacy question, email info@sycis.com.
What we collect and why
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your organisation, phone number and the content of your message.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you are considering working with us, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking pre-contractual steps (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We do not use contact form details for marketing and we never sell personal data.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (a Google Sheet) and sent to us by email. Google acts as our processor under its data processing terms. Google may process data outside the UK; where it does, the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case they are kept for the duration of that relationship and any legally required period afterwards. We then delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you change the display settings (colour scheme, contrast, text size or motion), your choices are saved only in your own browser’s local storage and are never sent to us.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data; to object to or restrict our processing of it; and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sycis.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (opens in a new tab).

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
