Data provided by you: We do not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or address) to play PictureShift.
Local Device Data: Your game progress, streaks, personal records, and settings are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this game save data on our servers.
Device Identifiers for Advertising: PictureShift displays ads and, on iOS, may ask for your permission to use the identifier for advertisers (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On Android, a comparable advertising identifier may be used. You can decline this permission when prompted, or change your choice at any time in your device's system settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads). Declining does not prevent ads from being shown, but ads will not be personalized to you.
2. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically for advertising and analytics:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements (such as Rewarded Ads for hints) and banner ads. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to personalize ads and analyze ad performance, subject to the tracking permission described above. 3. Data Deletion
Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time simply by uninstalling the PictureShift application from your device. To reset or revoke advertising permissions specifically, use your device's system settings as described in Section 1.
4. Children's Privacy
PictureShift is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising on this app uses non-personalized or age-appropriate ad settings where required by applicable law.

All puzzle images, UI designs, code, audio, and content within PictureShift are the intellectual property of Sycis or its licensors. You may not extract or reuse these assets outside of playing the game.
3. Third-Party Services
The app utilizes third-party services (such as Google AdMob for advertisements). We do not control these services and are not liable for their content, policies, or practices.
4. No Warranties
PictureShift is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of PictureShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
