Welcome to MultiCalc, (the "App"), a unique calculator experience. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
USE OF THE APP
You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
CALCULATION ERRORS
We undertake comprehensive testing to make sure the App is fit for purpose, but some minor bugs may remain. We take no responsibility for any calculation errors that may occur due to our coding or any third-party modules within the App. We cannot be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or other impacts resulting from such errors.
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
We will use our best efforts to identify and rectify any issues with the App as soon as possible. However, we do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for fixes to be applied in a specified timeframe. We may update or modify the App at any time without notice.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of use. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through engagement between the user and us, the App provider.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
PRIVACY POLICY
The App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed in the App's side menu. By using the App, you accept the details in the Privacy Policy.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App after modifications are posted shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.
